Urmi joined Geolytix after completing an MSc in Computer Science from University of Greenwich. Whilst at University, Urmi's dissertation project focused on developing a navigation algorithm which promotes walkability and safety for pedestrians. After undergrad, Urmi gained professional experience in Webapp Development with multiple internships related to data science and machine learning.

Urmi joins the Data Engineering team to support data analysts and data scientists at Geolytix. Outside of work she enjoys reading books, stargazing or just going for a stroll in the park.
