Catherine joined Geolytix part-time in 2021, whilst she completed her MSc in Data Science and Analytics at the University of Leeds. She previously spent a year in analytical systems development with Sainsbury’s Property Analytics and Insights team as part of her undergraduate degree in Geography. Whilst at university, Catherine’s research projects focused on developing models of spatial accessibility and network optimisation in the public sector.

Now working full-time at GEOLYTIX, Catherine joins the Data Science team support model development after a year as a Data Analyst.

Outside of work, you will find often find Catherine camping with the Scouts, with her local book or board games club, or at home learning languages.
